With that in mind, the Hire DFW First initiative designed three Sponsorship levels, each delivering a unique set of benefits.
As a Sponsor Company, you reap a variety of benefits to assist you in your recruitments needs.

- Our secure database includes bios, resumes, industry and functional classifications, certifications and current contact information, providing a valuable solution to your company’s recruiting needs.
- Self-service or assisted searches.
- We assist in the placement of all levels of professionals across a broad range of functions from administration through technology.
- Peer group screening to qualify executive candidates for Director-level and above candidates.
- Contract or project staffing.
- Focus groups for corporate research and testing.
- Custom-designed events to meet your specific recruitment needs.
Become a Sponsor Company
Hire DFW First offers three sponsorship levels to members of the DFW business community - Platinum, Gold and Silver.
Platinum Sponsorship
The preferred sponsorship level of Platinum at $25,000, provides our elite sponsors all the member benefits of the Silver and Gold levels with the following benefits:
- Free assisted searches (5) by our sourcing professionals.
- Guest speaking engagements by representatives of your company to the Executive Roundtables, the Mid-Level Executive Group as well as the Career Management Group meetings.
- Custom designed sponsor-only events to assist you in your recruitment efforts.
Gold Sponsorship
This level of sponsorship costs only $10,000, and entitles your company to receive all the benefits of the Silver Sponsorship level plus the following upgrades:
- Free assisted searches (2) by our sourcing professionals.
- Featured articles on your company published in the CareerConnection Newsletter and placed on our website.
- Your company’s banner ad placed on the CareerConnection website.
Silver Sponsorship
For your $5,000 sponsorship fee, your company will be entitled to receive the following services:
- Password protected access to our database (candidates) for one year.
- Your company LOGO linked on the CareerConnection website.
- All your specific job leads distributed to the CareerConnection membership.
Silver-Select Sponsorship: Silver Sponsor/Contributors are generally Affiliates or
Philanthropic groups that recognize our immense contribution to the community! Your
contribution of $1000.00 helps our programs continue at the standard of excellence
accustomed to since 1992.
